Steamed Vietnamese Layer Cake Mung Bean

(aka: Banh Da Lon Dau Xanh La Dua)

Steamed Vietnamese Layer Cake Mung Bean is one of my favorite Vietnamese desserts. It is a colorful, layered, and chewy dessert. This cake is made of layers of coconut, pandan (la dua),  mung bean (dau xanh), and a blend of glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and tapioca starch.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Mung bean, salt, water, tapioca flour, sugar, olive oil, pandan leaf, rice flour, coconut oil
