Filipino Pork Thigh (Lechon Pata)

Lechon (roasted pig) with a twist. The pork thigh is prepared through an organic, fermentation process and stuffed with 15 different kinds of herbs. Chef Bagnet also makes his own authentic special sauce, both regular and spicy. He makes it using probiotics herbs and beef liver and bread crumbs.

Thigh sizes range from 5-6 lbs. 


We are Bagnetchon. Combination of Bagnet+Lechon. Our ilocano chef formulator passionately recreated his own healthier version of it. Without a deep frying method, he wanted you to enjoy lechon without the guilt after indulging.
