Our Golden Kaluga Hybrid is a very unique cross breed between Kaluga and Amur sturgeon. The unique appearance of these special pearls contains a very light and pure flavor. Buttery notes, along with salty and nutty set this cross bred caviar apart from the rest.

Obtaining the highest quality available we are proud to be partnered with Chef Thomas Keller and Shaoching Bishop. Our caviar is hand harvested in Napa Valley, exclusively selected and only offered to the top Michelin star restaurants throughout the nation. Each grade has it's own unique flavor and texture.

"Exclusive" Real Golden is personally harvested only for The French Laundry and Per Se. With very limited quantities available, the reason stands behind the quality and flavor.
